They hire experienced coordinators, having their volunteer programmes in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Ghana and Kenya, with Tanzania & Peru being added very soon. They offer volunteer programmes in orphanages, healthcare, HIV/AIDS, eco tourism, teaching English, women empowerment, street children, medicine and lots more.
