Just to let you know, that you gave me some advice on finding teaching placements in India and recommended Youthreach to me. I found this information extremely useful and since I have finally succeeded in finding myself a placement teaching at a school in Bangalore, I begin in the second week of March!

I've just come home from nine months volunteering in Thailand. I had an absolutely great time and I often thought of WorkingAbroad/VWIS, without all the addresses I got there, I never would have found a Foundation as the one I worked for.  I was looking for something local allowing me to get immersed in a culture.  This and even more was what I found in Thailand. So thanks a lot for your great advice and all the addresses you gave me.

Lots of people I met while travelling or through friends were very interested as well to do a volunteering stay as I did and everytime I was asked for, I gave your internet address for people to find whatever they were looking for."
