Intensive Courses
The International TEFL Corporation, in conjunction with TEFL International, provides internationally recognised TEFL certificate courses in a wide variety of exotic and interesting locations, including Italy, Spain, Thailand, South Korea, Egypt and France.
Their 4-week, intensive courses meet all international standards and due to their external validation/ moderation by IATQUO (the International Association of TESOL Qualifying Organisations), you can be assured of the highest standards and quality wherever and whenever you take their course.
TEFL International and TITC welcome all applications, regardless of sex, age, race or nationality.
Combined Courses
Traditionally TEFL certificate courses have been offered either as 4-week, intensive courses in a classroom setting or as 100% distance learning. The International TEFL Corporation can see benefits to both forms of study and has combined the best of both methods into a new course.
Their combined courses allow students to study the theoretical aspects of teaching and grammar etc online, followed by attendance at one of their training centres. The online study enables you to work at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home/office and also gives you the time to absorb the theories of EFL teaching. Attendance at the training centre then gives you the opportunity to put this theory into practice.
The online element of the course can take between 2 weeks and 6 months to complete (depending how quickly you want/are able to work through the course) and comes with full online tutor support. Attendance at the training centre is for 10 days.
This course is ideal for those students who don't work to their best potential in intensive learning programmes or for students who don't have 4 weeks to commit to an intensive course.
Completion of this combined course results in full TEFL certification. Please note that this course is only available at their Phuket, Rome and Barcelona training centres.
