Reptile and amphibian survey:
Help check the 100 pitfall traps located all over the reserve to see what’s fallen in, and help with active searches for lizards and snakes.
You can help by walking the trails with a machete to make sure they stay clear, paint and construct signs to ensure tourists stay on track, and build rest areas within the trails themselves.
If you can speak Spanish, you can also help us with any community outreach which might be going on during your stay. The project works in the communities close to the Reserve, providing environmental education to adults and children.
