Lead Tacloban's Reconstruction
Working overseas as our Construction Project Manager is a fantastic way to gain experience, particularly if you are interested in a humanitarian, or international development, career. RedR in the UK refers volunteers to IDV for this very reason and many of our past volunteers are now employed by larger charities and NGOs. Joining our Deployment Management Team will also give you the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing charity. IDV is on course to triple its income over the current year, so it’s an exciting time to get involved.
As our Construction project Manager, you will receive:
▪   Free accommodation on base
▪   Cooked meals on base during the week
▪   Modest food allowance for the weekend
▪   Monthly phone allowance
▪   Reimbursement of work related transport costs within Tacloban
Further benefits may be available. These may include a modest living stipend.
All roles will be subject to a one-month probationary period and any living stipend or further benefits will only be considered once this period is completed. (Room, meals, phone and transport benefits awarded upon arrival).
