Masa Israel Journey Volunteer Programs

Organisation: Masa Israel Journey

Country: Israel

Type: Agriculture & Forestry, Community Development, Environment & Wildlife Conservation, Humanitarian & Community Development, Medical & Health Care

Masa Israel Journey’s volunteer programs focus on building strong communities, encouraging collaboration and coexistence between local Arab and Jewish populations, and more. While you’re helping others, you’ll be developing leadership skills that last a lifetime.

All of our Israel volunteer programs draw on the Jewish tradition of tikkun olam (repairing the world) and are guided by the principles of social responsibility and social justice.

As a Masa Israel volunteer, you get the opportunity to combine service with the exploration of Israel as you work to create a more just society. Our Israel volunteer and service learning experiences connect you to meaningful opportunities through which you can make an impact in Israel, while immersing yourself in its unique culture.

Programs range from 5-10 months and offer an Israel experience for Jewish young adults ages 18 to 30. Grants and scholarships are available to those who qualify.
