Ecuador Volunteer in Ecuador

"I found the reserve not only inspiring but can also see how for many the peace, being surrounded by such an abundance of biodiversity and gentle contribution would also be therapeutic and highly restful. "

Jessica Bavington, UK

Ecuador and the Galápagos Islands would seem to have a lot to live up to as a country that was home to some of the most well-known work in environmental science.  But even a short stay will show you how it far surpasses any expectations, as it plays host to a constant festival of wildlife and biodiversity, with a beautiful tangle of dense Amazon rainforest, patchwork villages, winding coastlines and volcanic islands. We offer volunteers in the Ecuador the chance to experience working and living in the Cloudforest, in a distinctive subtropical montane forest, home to incredible flora and fauna.

Quien a buen árbol se arrima Buena sombra lo cobija is an Ecuadorian Proverb that gives the advice to seek out the good in life.  And what better way to do that, than to visit a country whose people are as colourful as their crafts and whose landscapes and wildlife allow a glimpse at the truly pure.
